These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and pk098 (hereinafter "pk098", "we", "us" or "the Operator"), governing your access to and use of the pk098 online gambling platform accessible at pk098.cam (the "Platform") and all associated services, content and functionality.

To register and maintain an Account on pk098, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:
Age Verification: The Operator applies strict age verification procedures. If you provide false information regarding your age, all winnings will be forfeited, your Account will be permanently closed, and deposits may be returned at the Operator's sole discretion after deducting any amounts attributed to activity conducted while underage.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your Account. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.
The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access details with any third party. The Operator accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. You must notify the Operator's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
An Account that has not been logged into or used for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account management, including any applicable inactivity fees or balance handling procedures, will be communicated to the Account holder in advance via the registered email address.
All financial transactions on pk098 are conducted in PKR unless the Operator specifies otherwise. The Operator references common Pakistani payment channels — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local context only. The Operator does not represent that these providers endorse, affiliate with, or support online gambling services.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The Operator does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation; processing times may vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once all applicable KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit or verified as belonging to the Account holder. The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the Platform.
Deposits that have not been used for wagering may be eligible for return subject to the Operator's verification of identity and payment method. Once funds have been wagered, they are not refundable except where the Operator determines, at its sole discretion, that an error has occurred in the operation of a game or market.
Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be determined by the Operator's payment processing arrangements at the time of the transaction. The Operator does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for rate fluctuations.
From time to time, pk098 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers or other promotional incentives (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Platform at the time the Promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between the specific Promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be requested. Any attempt to withdraw prior to satisfying the wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or reclaim any bonus or Promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is abusing the offer, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed primarily to clear wagering requirements; or collusion with other Users. The Operator's determination on these matters is final.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Promotions that a User has already validly accepted and is actively progressing, except where continued operation of the Promotion would be unlawful or operationally impracticable.
All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game or event as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the Operator's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
The Operator offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, with particular depth in cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series, T20 internationals and other global cricket competitions. Additional sports markets may include football, UFC, tennis and others as available. Market availability, odds and settlement rules are subject to change and are published on the Platform.
In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events in real time. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, void or settle live markets at any time where technical issues, data integrity concerns, or event circumstances require it. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and instant-win products — are supplied by third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules and published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. The Operator does not warrant the outcome of any game and all results are determined by certified random number generation systems.
In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction or data feed failure that affects the determination of a market or game outcome, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users. Winnings paid in error remain the property of the Operator and may be reclaimed from Account balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including without limitation:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Operator's support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to you subject to satisfactory completion of pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if the continued operation of your Account would expose the Operator to legal, regulatory or reputational risk. In cases of proven fraud or criminal conduct, the Operator may withhold your Balance pending investigation.
Upon termination, your licence to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that are by their nature intended to survive termination — including liability limitations, intellectual property rights, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling licence, as notified to Users from time to time. The Operator's licensing arrangements do not include any licence issued by a Pakistani authority, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purpose of governing these Terms.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact the Operator's support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The Operator is committed to addressing User disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process specified under the Operator's licence, details of which are available upon request from the support team. The Operator will co-operate fully with any such process.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking legal remedies available to you under the laws of your own jurisdiction. The Operator does not seek to exclude any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on record or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the top of this page.
